January's micro-cap acquisition highlights include; Foundation Healthcare Inc. (OTCQB: FDNH) completing the $33 million "Acquisition Of University General Hospital" and Affinor Growers, Inc. (OTCQB: RSSFF) completing their "Second Vertical Farming IP Acquisition" in an all-stock transaction.
