LD Micro Announces Reconstitution of Their MicroCap Index
Yesterday, LD Micro announced a reconstitution of their microcap index - the LD Micro Index (or LDMi).
The LD Micro Index is designed to give a more accurate picture of North American microcap performance than other "microcap indexes".
Constituents have an average market cap of $150 million and are traded on the NYSE/AMEX, Nasdaq, OTC Markets (all tiers), TSX, and TSX Venture.
To qualify for inclusion in the index, issuers must meet minimum liquidity, market cap, and filing thresholds.
