Acquis has a 4 member investment committee that allocates funding of $250,000 to $5,000,000 per transaction. Acquis can work as a sole funder or co-invest with banks, senior and mezzanine lenders, or equity investors.
Partners
Acquis looks to partner with entrepreneurs who want to aggressively grow an existing business. Growth can come in many forms including; add-on acquisitions or roll-ups, marketing expansion, the addition of new technologies or processes, and more. Acquis usually seeks minority equity interests and allows entrepreneurs to retain the majority of a companies' equity.
Public
Acquis has expertise in the small cap markets and can bring value to public companies or assist private companies in the IPO process. Working with public and pre-IPO companies permits Acquis to provide less dilutive funding than alternative strictly private sources.
